Christopher Leach I have to say that Kevin is very "hardline". Its not that hes not capable of his job or dedication to his line of work, but response time and lack of "bedside manner" is an issue I felt while attempting to work with him. In my particular case however I felt he was unwilling to even attempt to ask or attempt to reach a settlement that was mutually agreeable, and he is sending a "letter of withdrawal" from the case. This is after years of documented medical professional opinions, witnesses, and medical testimony and clearly able to to argue my case, and his failure to attempt to reach upon any sort of damages, past and future to come, and how quick he was to wash his hands of my legitimate case is why this review is left. Im positive that Kevin may be able help others in their personal injury suits, but the response and actions taken by him were unacceptable to me that has led to this "review". Kevin is a "bulldog", and Im sure hes seen and prosecuted many cases in the past. He just is unable and/or unwilling to proceed in a matter that would conclude my personal injury suit. In no way am I saying hes uncapable. My personal opinion is that he only wanted to choose the path of least resistance and strong arm me into saying yes when I know the answer is no.

RD Milano I DO NOT recommend this attorney. He handled several issues for me and he was very difficult to work with. First case was a civil case and he did ok but things went down hill when his interests apparently outweighed mine and his ego and arrogance are unbelievable. He doesn’t seem to care what the client wants, he does what he wants and acts as if he owns the case/client. He had a great reputation and that’s why I hired him but he disobeyed my express directions and was downright hostile after I gave him thousands of dollars. He has kept my money and left me unrepresented. I feel compelled to strongly caution those considering his services as they are not what they apparently once were. Thats my recommendation so take it or leave it...

Syed munam ahmed I was driving from Rochester to New York to pick up my sister in law, (third degree patient) and my neice. I got a ticket because I couldnt notice the speed limit falling from 65 to 55 while passing through this city. I still plea guilty by mail because i wasnt able to drive 2.5 hours there. Then they fine me "270$" and additionally put 6 points on my clean record. I recommend the drivers to care full of these thugs, I hope the judge "micheal A fedish" and officer "trott" and their family have a taste of third-degree burn, so they might realize people have lives to live and loves ones to take care of.
