1 /5 Anonymous: That was nice of you to share the review I wrote right after being financially bribed by my attorney and begged to write it. I also had more work for Overcharge & Bare Minimum llc to do, so I hoped if I complied my remaining work would be done well. The remaining work I had was not done well, it was done so poorly that I would classify the handling as attorney malpractice. You’re only proving this company is nothing but pathological liars because there’s tons of stuff you’re intentionally leaving out about why I’d be this mad at this company. You’re only proving more why I say don’t go here, they’ll lie til the end. You’re putting more effort into fighting my claims than you did for the absurd amount of money you took from me. The 1/3 that should have capped, you’re insanely evil to say the money was justified. Your website even preaches clients deserve the entire amount of a settlement, something that was argued for me, but you still took an outlandish/unjustifiable amount of money from me. The contract was signed well I was on 12-13 medications and was only able to be awake for 1-2 hours a day. I did not receive proper help/legal knowledge prior to signing it. The company was well aware I wasn’t capable of negotiating fairly and wouldn’t even be capable/legally allowed to testify in court because of the laundry list of medications affecting my decisions. You took advantage of someone so physically weak they couldn’t negotiate and had a con artist salesman lie about norms for payment. I would highly advise against using Overcharge & Bare minimum llc. Do not do a deal with the devil. They have no issue lying about anything and everything to initially get your business. The way they have their own website phrased is extremely predatory. They’re scummy sales people first. Working with these people was the worst experience of my life and they did me dirtier than I ever thought was possible. The people who work here are just regular people, who hide behind a fancy law office to throw off the facade they’re successful. Their building was straight funded by lucre. How else does one afford to share a building with a known New York State monopoly? They are an extreme economic hazard to society. Nothing but the worst people in the community working here. Their extreme profits cause suffering for everyone else. Their work is not worth what they steal.
