Westchester Medical Center - Valhalla (NY)

5 /5 Cindy: I called the Westchester Medical Center Gift Shop because my coworkers son was hit by a car. He was given amazing hospital assistance and in recovery. I called to ask if the staff in the gift shop could simply put together a card, balloons and candy bars to bring to his room. Her name escaped my memory. And the woman who assisted me called me back 2 times to let me know what she put together and then after it was delivered. Plus how happy the patient was to receive a gift. She gave me 5 star service over assisting with a simple gift. It can be hard enough for someone to be admitted. Its the little things that make a huge difference. I highly recommend this gift shop for anyone who is looking for something to be delivered if you cant do it yourself OR if you are there, stop in to choose a gift. I see some of the reviews on google about this hospital and life is hard enough having someone in the hospital. I believe that nurses, staff and doctors are doing their best in an industry that is so difficult. Give the staff some grace, theyre doing their best.

5 /5 Stav German: Got treated fast at the ER and transferred to the ICU by the neurology team. They were AMAZING. I never had such attentive, respectful, professional, and kind doctors and nurses. They kept everything transparent and informed constantly. Even the people who bring the food were great. I owe them my life, but also, really, my personal dignity. Not wanting to see them again in the hospital, right? But if you need their care, you do want the WMC team

5 /5 Ingrid H: My kids were all treated here in the ER with amazing experiences! One of my son was admitted for pneumonia and had the best care ever a year ago . I recently went couple days ago and was admitted for preterm labor! Very scary moment but i was beyond amazed with the care and carefully monitoring me made me feel so secure! Thank you to the nurses, resident doctors, ob doctors, MFN doctors for being all professional!

5 /5 Spenser Wilkins: I had excellent care at Westchester medical today. I had to get my teeth extracted and I had a couple cavities said they told me to go to my personal physician for which I will do excellent care. The only downside was I went to the lot parking where I had to pay $7 seven bucks. Its not going to hurt anybody but still I didnt need to pay $7 for parking but next time Ill park somewhere else. But other than that great care. Thank you for all that you do at Westchester medical Doctors, staffers and others

1 /5 Robbin Granville: When I went to the ER today my brother was sleeping in the ER in his urine in a dark room. The bed was wet, his jacket was soaking wet, his pants was wet, his socks was wet and his sneakers was wet also. The room was dirty. I was very angry but I manage to speak with the head doctor regarding the matter. It was rectified quickly but what if I didnt drive over an hour to the hospital? Thank you Jesus he is in an incredible unit in the same hospital. Everyone seems to be so caring there and I pray they allow the Lord to use them to help my brother. The ER needs better supervision. Its bring down the hospital ratings.
