5 /5 Corrine Cashin: Wonderful experience - I was able to set up my account and book an appointment easily. The representative verified my insurance, checked availability and offered me multiple appointments that were close to home with several well rated MDs. I was not rushed at all. Before my appointment I was connected to the portal so I could provide documents from my other doctors. The space itself was open, clean and welcoming. The front desk was polite and professional - confirmed they had everything they needed. I didnt even wait 5 minutes before I was called in for my appointment by the MD directly - Victoria Louis-Pierre took my vitals directly, she asked me how I was doing that day, went over my medical history. Excellent bed-side manner, kind and considerate. It is a relief to feel comfortable with a general practioner.

Everyone else at the office is very kind and competent. Years of great care both in office and virtually with the app.

5 /5 Paddy Shrini: One Medical Park Slope - The provider Carrie was very very helpful and attentive to my needs. But, the One-Medical website did not reveal beforehand that this virtual 15 minute call would set me back by $192. I would have visited my cardiologist instead. Sigh.

5 /5 anne suddaby: My doc, Dr. Vijayakumar - always a great listener and health partner, the receptionist - warm, welcoming, and I could see her smile through her mask, the fella who took my blood like a rockstar, and the woman who gave me two vaccinations in the blink of an eye, no time for fretting. Great service all around.

5 /5 Elizabeth Donahue: Always a lovely experience. I wish it wasnt owned by Jeff Bezos. I have stopped my Amazon Prime membership. It’s a matter of time before Bezos’s concern with the bottom line affects the running of Medical One and their ability to retain caring health professionals.
