5 /5 Adam Brophy: What a lifesaver! I was on a drive out to Albany and had an issue, so I pulled off in Batavia. Jason the owner got to my vehicle quickly, identified the issue, showed me the problem and within 30 minutes I was back on the road. Incredible honesty, and didn’t charge me and arm and a leg. Highly recommend to everyone.

5 /5 Skyler Gernstl: I am updating my review to let you know that this shop has one my business time and time again and Ive gone there many times in a row because of the amazing nature of this company and the employees. If I could rate this a 10 out of five I would because these people are probably one of the most respectful and honest auto shop companies around. This is the 5th time I have gone to westcott auto care and when I say you are going to be taken care of here I mean you are going to be taken care of here. They do not BS around or try over selling other services that you do not need. They do not take advantage of customers either. This is a very very respectful company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else. I was on the verge of tears because of an issue with my vehicle and they werent able to situate it very fast. Thank you wescott Auto Care for being you!!!

5 /5 Melody Hartman: These guys save me constantly. Having an older vehicle with some seriously misfortunate underbody rust, there’s always something going on. They’re quick, and knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve spent time at a lot of mechanics in my life and can say these are the only guys I’ve ever found that are truly intelligent, thorough, and are able to communicate what’s going on with your vehicle in an understandable way. The only mechanics I fully trust! And it’s a bonus that prices are always fair.
