5 /5 Scott Page: F350 death wobble prevention I had them install the bushings and align with new tires. I dont have to grip the wheel over bumps anymore. Drives straight down the road no hands ,just kidding dont do that at home keep your hands on the wheel at all times. I highly recommend L and L transmission they know what they are doing...

5 /5 Jim Gloskey: Sadly Ive had several transmissions (and now a transfer case) worked over at L&L. Each and every time their estimate has been accurate and their work on point. Ive seen a few reviews about the cost. There are some things I can fix, others I cant, so to pay a business to make our vehicle whole again is to be expected. This specific episode happened to be the transfer case which had absolutely grenaded. I received the call at lunch time on day three that my truck was complete and ready for pick up. Within the range of what I was quoted and done up right. A win in my book. Thanks "Cam" and crew at L&L..

2 /5 McKayla Brown: The communication needs to be worked on & the secretary is rude to customers. Not only was she rude to me on the phone when she mistakenly told me that my car was ready, but she didn’t realize I was the wrong customer she was speaking to regarding my vehicle. I was given a 3-4 day time frame and 4400 quote. I waited a lot longer than I could afford to and had to keep extending time on my rental vehicle. In the end I paid about 5400 dollars. It would have been 5600, but thankfully they were willing to work with me and lowered it a bit. I would’ve given them 3 stars, but the lady working the front needs to check her attitude. Very rude to not only me, but my mother when we asked for clarification on pricing from the manager. I do appreciate the work that was done, just need to work better on communicating.

1 /5 Daniel: Terrible transmission shop too old to rebuild transmissions anymore ive been in business for over 40 years got my 4L60E back blew out at only 50 miles on the highway these guys dont know how to build a transmission put it back together myself and i was fine i heard these guys run a scam telling people theres something wrong with there traffic when there really in fact is not found out when i took my transmission apart bent snap ring ony lowe reverse piston improper clearance of clutch pack on my teverse input drum these guys are a scam complete losers even though im old i ended up putting my transmission back together by myself after they screwed it all up
