1 /5 Aurora Deliberto: Only giving one star as zero is not an option. My appointment was at 10:30, I arrived 5 minutes early. I waited until 11 before I was seated in a chair in which I waited another 10 minutes before someone came over to me. Then, the woman who did my nails was not personable, I tried to make small talk but was greeted with barely any in return but instead talked to her coworkers in another language the entire time. I kept saying oww while she was doing my nails as the electric sander kept getting very hot on my nails. She cut my knuckle yes my knuckle as well as the sides of two of my cuticles. My nails were all different shapes and sizes. The shape was not what i asked for the length is not what i asked for (although all were different lengths in the end anyways). The polish was filed so much you can see my actual nail underneath the tops of almost every nail. One nail is very crooked. And to top it off within one day the matte top coat peeled off 3 of my nails in one sheet. I understand matte tends to peel however i get matte coat almost every month and they never peel until maybe week 2-3 at the earliest, sometimes theres no peel at all. I did not leave my 10:30am appointment until after 1:30pm. When asked to cash out i had a card they kept trying to hound me to please use cash which i did not have at the time, i was told to go to an atm if possible. The manager kim came over and i expressed how upset i was almost in tears at how badly my nails look she proceeded to do her best to try and fix them by filing them even more. I paid $106 for nails that i am already getting redone asap because how bad they look and sadly have to pay for again. Unfortunately i have to wait a little while with terrible nails because my actual nails are in physical pain. I do not know what Then did to my nails but apparently your finger tips and nails can actually be in pain from getting your nails done. No discount was offered no free charge was offered or a discount on my next time in (although i will never ever go back and have told everyone i know never to go). All i got was a “we are sorry your nails dont look the best but services were rendered which will need to be paid for” Truly astonished at how this place is open providing bad service and poor customer service as well. I enjoy getting my nails done every month, its the only thing i do for myself, its my relaxation me time. I normally never would have gone here as I have my usual go to but she was booked. I wish i had just waited another few weeks as even my super old nails looked better than this.
