5 /5 Carmen L.: I shop here often, about 2x/month. The store is HUGE with amazing variety of hair, skin, makeup products. Even some accessories and costume jewelry. The staff is always very patient, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend.

1 /5 Loner 2130: I was just in there and the three items I purchased cost me 5 dollars and then one of their friends walks in and she picks up an item and they tell her for you a dollar each for item she picked so basically I paid for he two items because my three things came up to five dollars that’s not fair not going there anymore

1 /5 Julia Ramos: I struggle with myself for posting this but feel like I must. When in the store like I’ve done for the last 4 years since I moved to this town. Went in the store looking for a wig after spending almost an hour this young man got tired and asked this other employee to assist. She was very patient with me and helped me find THE WIG. Long story short she even cut the lace for me. When I got home tried it and the back was not like the sample. It was cut by the neck too short in a “v” shape. It was too late to return to the store. Called the next day explained what happen to the same male employee who was there the day before, and he told me come in. When I got there he check the wig and asked me in an accusatory manner , “DID you cut the wig”? I told him no obviously not believing me he got another employee who tried to have me believe I was putting the wig wrong. This is not my first time buying a wig. So upset with them trying to tell me I did it and the other samples are all right. I walked out and rewarded them the wig. Poor people skills. Not really trying to do anything to accommodate me. NEVER AGAIN.

1 /5 Zoey: Came in looking for a specific product that was recommended to me because I live nearby and wanted to support a local business instead of just ordering it from Amazon. The man behind the counter was kind and tried to help but ultimately they didnt have what I was looking for. I politely said that Id do some research on the products that he showed me and come back at another time. On my way out I passed by a woman who worked there and I smiled at her and said "thank you" and she looked me up and down with a nasty look on her face and said "mhm" in a really rude way. Felt really disrespected/ unwelcome and definitely wont be coming back.
