Upstate University Hospital: Pelkey Deborah M - Oswego (NY)

Kawana Dana Sometimes these guys are great! Other times, not so much. I really like my doctor and her nurse that I have been seeing for several years. But the staff is kind of iffy. I was recently in the ER and called for my follow-up visit. I am not being scheduled for 6 weeks for a follow-up. Unbelievable. I hope its nothing serious.

Suzanne Taylor I love coming here. The staff are always very kind and I was seeing Dr Beaumont, but he is no longer there. I am now seeing Dr.Grady who is compassionate, and he really cares about his patients well being. I suffer from extreme anxiety ,especially with my heart condition and each time I have had to call the office I have been treated with respect and understanding. That doesnt happen in the past with my experiences,with other places. He is professional and he is on top of my medical conditions. I recommend 100 percent .

Lisa Odin Dr. Ram and her team are AMAZING. If you need your Doctor to listen to you and actually care about you and your health look no further! The level of caring is something I havent seen in doctors office staff in a long time. They are all professional while at the same time caring and compassionate. I couldnt have received better care anywhere else. Thank you to her team and Dr. Ram for all the wonderful care I and my family receive from your office.

Patty Tracy I wouldnt even give them 1 star!!! This office and the personnel there are extremely rude. It took several phone calls that they did not return until I finally got to speak to someone about an appointment. The day before the appointment they tried to cancel it due to a change in insurance which I told them about when I set the appointment. The girl hung up on me mid-sentence. Unbelievable!!!! I called back and it took several tries to get a hold of her again and she was still very very rude. I really hate this office and I am definitely going to find another Gastro doctor to go to. I would never ever recommend them to anyone not even my dog!!!

Amy Flower He’s a Dr that actually cares for his patients. Best Dr I have ever had. I didn’t want to go to Oswego hospital and my Dr talked me into it and I am so glad they did.
