Keara I had a great experience here! I have type 4 hair and Romana did such a great job! I’m on day 5 and my hair is still straight. I’m not heat trained at all. I did wash, rollers, blow out and trim. I would go back! It was my first time doing rollers.

Lilly Slezak Cannot recommend L and her services enough!!!! She is a true professional and worked some real magic on me recently. She gave me an amazing new look with k-tip extensions to build up lost volume due to thinning hair. She was so kind, thoughtful, and attentive. The extensions blend seamlessly with my natural hair, giving me a major confidence boost. If you are considering extensions to give your hair density and volume, do not hesitate to reach out to her. Also, I have many friends who have gotten haircuts with L that grow out beautifully — she is so good at what she does and has an amazing sense of what is cool and fresh, while also considering what will work for YOU. She’s the best!

Autumn Taylor I’ve been going to Salon Dumbo for the past few years to see my hairstylist I’ve had for almost 10 years, Chad Taber! The salon is always clean and the other staff are incredibly nice and hospitable. Wonderful salon! Chad KILLS the hair game from color to cuts, long or short you can trust him to give you a haircut that will leave you feeling like your best self. Highly suggest stopping in at Salon Dumbo and asking for Chad!

R Yamamoto Akiko is amazing!! Her Ayurvedic oil massage is everything. She is so talented and sweet, her warm smile made me feel welcomed to the space. Ive got entire body+facial massage for 90 mins and the experience was fantastic. I was sleeping like a baby while getting treatment. It just felt heavenly. Definitely will come back for more when I need a treat for myself. Thank you so so much, Akiko!!!

Alexandra C Always loved coming here in the past and continue to do so. New owners they are amazing. Colored my hair, cut, styled and AFFORDABLE!! Let them know exactly what you want. Gave my face frame, my hair body, and removed my dry / dead ends. Also did my mom’s hair amazing as well. Hair wash feels so good. Gave us a protein spray to use after washing hair. Thank you so much, 5 stars! PS. went through drive through for food and the workers at window complemented my hair. My daughter’s teachers everyone.

Kate Detrick I never write reviews - very occasionally you have an experience with a vendor that restores your faith in humanity and this is that for me. I had a miscommunication with my stylist (who’s a lovely person) re a cut and color which was very distressing. The general manager Gloria reached out to me and insisted she fix it personally. I had the best time with her at my correction appointment - she’s a kind, thoughtful, down to earth person who has the traits of a true leader, and has created a hair salon environment that feels like a community. And my hair looks amazing now. Stylists are knowledgeable and talented, and good people to boot.

ishanti foster the best hair salon experience ever! im obsessed with this place, and its officially become my new hair care home. my stylist is geneva!! the amount of care & time she took to manage and do my hair was exceptional, shes the best and im so happy to continue my hair journey with her. the atmosphere and interior is stunning and screams luxurious, i enjoyed some peppermint tea (they offer a few beverage options) as well and the hair products smell amazing and worked wonders on my 4c hair. all organic and plant based which is exactly what i need for a sensitive scalp like mine!!!!

The stylist, Nadezhda, did an incredible job with my hair: I have curly hair, and she is the first stylist who was able to handle it and gave me the cut I wanted.
