Her attention to detail is unmatched…and I have been getting my nails done for 30+years!! I value her opinions and recommendations, on out second appointment together she talked me into a different nail shape, and I was hesitant - but so grateful she brought me out of the 90’s!! 5 /5 Ariel Florian: I had one of the best experiences in the Nail Lab Ny salon that I have ever had at a salon. Carolina was very patient and sweet, asking me every time if the job was coming out as I wished. Even after deciding on the color and changing my mind multiple times, she accommodated me completely and made sure to make me feel comfortable (asking her associate Georgia to place a pillow by my back after seeing I was in discomfort from sitting for a while) Her associate Georgia, was super friendly, kind ( bringing me tea and a water), and fun to talk to! We discussed various beauty procedures and was there in case I had any questions. Overall I had a suburb experience and will definitely be back. Thank you Carolina and Georgia for being patient, kind and for doing an excellent job in the nails!
