Her attention to detail is unmatched—she took her time to ensure my nails looked flawless, and the end result was perfection! Not only is she skilled and meticulous, but she’s also warm and friendly, making the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Wendy Fincken Annie did my nails and she was fun & relaxing. Very fast but very good too. I had a pink gel fill-in & she did an amazing job. The salon is very clean & no smells like some nail spas Ive been in. I Def will be back, as from what Ive seen ALL the nail techs are very good. IDK about the rude review because their wasnt a rude person there. My sister brought me there b4 when she had her mani-pedi, this time we did our nails together. Im coming from Freeport, so that DEF says something from the nail salons by me. THX Annie ur a great person that made me laugh & relax when I needed it most!

Linnette Veloso They are very friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable! I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded with them before and always been happy with the results. I did a Brazilian wax most recently and was relieved to find out that they work very quickly. I had Geeta (I hope I’m spelling correctly) and she was super fast and gave me the most pain free wax I’ve gotten. Very clean too. Did legs as well and I’m happy with results. She was very thorough.

From the moment you step into her charming salon, you can feel the professionalism radiating from her. The meticulous attention she gives to cleanliness and sanitation is truly commendable—her tools are always clean and sterile, which puts my mind at ease every time. What I love most about Maria is her willingness to embrace my adventurous nail art! I adore experimenting with unique designs, and she never fails to deliver stunning results. She takes the time to listen to my ideas and always brings them to life flawlessly, making sure I leave her salon with nails that I can show off with pride.

Daniella Shondra I was so surprised to find a place thats close to home, reasonably priced, next to a hair salon and clothing store AND so lovely. On Willis, a street of back to back nail salons this really stands out for its size alone! Clean and hygiene are my priority and this is spot on. The place, stations are nice and near and technicians are well groomed. What I love about this place is how big it is and I would say even tasteful. James, a handsome man in glasses, did my pedicure to perfection. A varied menu of treatments are available and al affordably priced, and still get a full spa feel. Plenty of colores on the carousel to choose from and gels has all the latest nail fantasies. I dont use any of those chems on myself but I can appreciate they exist. My mani pedi was $28 with $10 add on was a bargain. My new tootsie go to!

Emily Taylor Carolina is an artist! She does an amazing job on my nails and is always very neat, clean, and professional. Her attention to detail is unmatched…and I have been getting my nails done for 30+years!! I value her opinions and recommendations, on out second appointment together she talked me into a different nail shape, and I was hesitant - but so grateful she brought me out of the 90’s!! I highly recommend Carolina at The Nail Lab!! (Pics are my last 5 appointments).

ashlyn campbell came here to get my birthday nails and to say the least they SERVED!! the nail tech was so through with the designs I showed her and took her to time to perfect them. I am in love and will be coming back!!

karen jin Honestly love this place. Ever since the change of owner it’s been just perfect and amazing. Kelly, the new owner, really outdid herself. She brought in over hundreds of colors. She really takes her time to make each set perfect. I’ve tried multiple nail salons around this neighborhood and nothing compares to her work. The pedicures are excellent. They use disposable items for each pedicure and cleans up after each costumer. The store is overall so calm and clean. The prices are reasonable and you won’t receive this type or service anywhere else without paying ridiculously high prices. And to top it all off, they can do any trendy nails you see on tiktok ( the cherry on top for me personally). And the sets last a long time. For me personally any tips or gel fall off after the third day but here they last for weeks. Finally a shop where the nails last enough for me to get a fill.
