1 /5 Shanika Knighton: They had my car sitting for 8 days without being touched submitted payment request to my insurance incorrectly, never followed up with me until the 9th day. It’s day 44 my car is still not finished from repairing minor front end damage. Since over 30 day mark my insurance company stopped paying for rental now I’m day 14 paying for a rental out of my pocket and my car has been painted the incorrect color and painter off for the rest of the week. I have been given 3 different dates so far that my car will be done and I had to return the rental I had so now I have no car and I have to wait another week for it to be touched to paint it the right color. Most expensive and frustrating thing I have experienced getting an auto repair. Please don’t waste your TIME or MONEY on these people, you will REGRET it!!!!
