2 /5 Correen Denman: She did great on the trim but I’m heart broken about the bangs. I showed her exactly what I wanted and I was already afraid to begin with. I asked for long bangs and left with short uneven bangs that looked nothing like the picture.. my hair takes years to grow back and I can’t even lean my head forward without the tiny bangs falling in front of my eyes. I still tipped and didn’t make a huge deal, I didn’t want to embarrass her or myself. If you don’t know how to do something then please just let the customer know so that they don’t make the mistake of trusting you to do that certain thing. Once you cut it off, it takes a long time (for a lot of people like myself) to grow back so we are stuck with what you gave us.

5 /5 C L: I love visiting the Auburn, NY location...Kayley is a wonderful stylist! Ive been a customer of hers for the past several years and wouldnt consider changing. Shes become a friend and I love the whole vibe of the salon because its a friendly, relaxing, and fun atmosphere! Management of that location is doing a fabulous job...its always filled with customers and her customer service is on point!

1 /5 Tammy Brown: Not happy with my Grandsons hair cut. He had Alicia (sp). I will never go there again, let alone pay $23. It took her 4 minutes and he only concern was how many people were waiting. TERRIBLE!

5 /5 Jason McIntyre: Was very friendly and quick to get in a chair. Everytime I go I get a different stylist. And this far they all have done a wonderful job.

5 /5 Walter Chico: Super clean and great place. My kids loved it here, the staff was very friendly and kind towards them. Lila and Taylor did a amazing job cutting my boys hair. 10/10 would recommend these two.
