2 /5 Julia Hagadorn: I do enjoy coming have been coming for about 4-5 years but probably will not return. There is no point because I never get to see the person I request. I always request Jake for my pedicure when I call ahead and when I arrive, I see someone else. If he is not available just tell me. I drive 45 minutes one way to see him because he does the best job with the callous removal. I even mentioned while there that it’s important to me that Jake does the callous removal and I don’t care who does the rest of it if he is busy wanting to do manicures. Should just be honest and let me know in advance so I don’t make the trip for nothing. Overall, I think it’s a better salon in the area and they do a nice job with the manicures. They do not offer acrylic though, only anc. ***Edited to reply to business response**** 3/3/25 FIRST OF ALL: no I did not make an appt with Jason I don’t even know who that is. If this is the business owner responding you know that I always only see JAKE - as I was upset the last time I can in and didn’t see him. I have been seeing JAKE for years ever since there was a wedding party and no one except him wanted to see me. At the last visit I told you how I like him doing the callous treatment because he has a heavier hand and does the best job. Then you sent him over and said “now I know what you like” Also, you weren’t even there this day so how would you even know what happened anyway? You are only going off of your employees statements. A male answered the phone and I asked if JAKE was availible for around 2/2:30. We settled on 2. He did not even ask on the phone what I wanted to come in for. When I arrived he did ask me to sit at the nail chair and I specified I wanted a pedicure only. And when he started the pedicure I told him I wanted Jake to do the callous treatment but I don’t care who does the rest of the pedicure. That’s the only request I have. But he did it and Jake did not. The pedicure was ok but Jake does the best job with the callous treatment. Otherwise my skin is rough after. Obviously, I am not the only person who has had a disappointing experience here based on your reviews and you always seem to argue back. When you are wrong you are wrong. It’s not like this is the first time.

5 /5 Gabrielle Elia: I came here last minute for the first time today! Lydia did my nails — she was so amazing! She absolutely nailed the shape of my nails — perfect almond!!! She is so sweet and very talented!!! The prices were also amazing — I paid $48 for dip powder w extensions! Safe to say this is my new nail place to go to! Definitely check it out if you’re in Hyde Park!

As a man I’ve never had a pedicure before until now and I love it. Amazing and kind staff. Everything is very clean. I don’t write reviews but my girlfriend loves this place a lot and so do I.
