Nicole Benkert Great, respectable auto shop! I came in for a second opinion after a routine trip to the dealership left me with a mile-long list of issues. They were awesome and told me truthfully what needed to be replaced for safety and what could wait. I was able to set up a day to drop my car off & they made sure they had the parts there waiting. Great price too! Very impressed with the work done by all at this shop. Thank you so much!!!!

Tim Delaney Joe did terrific work (like new!) after my car was hit in a parking lot. Worked with my insurance adjuster, performed the work ahead of schedule, and it was perfect. Plus, hes pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I have used him before, and will do so again if I need body repairs.

G B I discovered Ernie (of the eponymous EC Automotive) today and let me tell you--I have found my new mechanic. Ernie is talented (he has years of experience under his toolbelt), friendly, honest to a fault, and most importantly, his pricing is more than fair. Judging from the number of cars in his parking lot and the number of people that shook his hand after picking up their car, its easy to see why all his Google reviews are five stars. And Im more than thrilled to add another one. Enthusiastically recommended!! UPDATE: Have been back to see Ernie a few more times since I wrote this review and just had to say that his service continues to be absolutely exemplary! Also, if you order parts from a wholesaler directly, he will be happy to install them for you (obviously he wont warranty the parts because who knows where you found them), but its just another kindness he extends to his customers. I more than enthusiastically recommend!

Diane Pineiro-Zucker Harold and the team at the West Hurley Service Center are incredible, talented, honest and fair. Today, they quickly identified the source of a leak in our sunroof and AC and fixed the problem for $16.20! The dealer (Prestige Toyota) would have charged hundreds to "analyse" the problem. We will no longer take our 2007 Toyota anywhere else. Thank you, West Hurley Service Center.
