1 /5 Alyssa Picard: I wish I could give this place zero stars. I’ve been here a few times on the recommendation of family, but each visit has been disappointing. I always end up being overcharged, and they add on extra services I didn’t ask for—sometimes adding a couple hundred dollars to the bill without warning.
On my last visit, I needed my trunk lift fixed because it kept falling on me. I supplied a new part, but instead of properly installing it, they just removed a screw from the other side and left me with only one screw holding each piece in place. If that’s all they were going to do, I could have done it myself.
Most recently, I asked if they could match or beat the dealership’s quote, which was already high. They said yes—only to charge me over $1,000 more than the dealership once the work was done. There was no phone call or any communication to let me know the price was going to be higher before proceeding with the repairs. If I had known, I would have chosen differently.
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and will not be coming back. The lack of transparency and the constant upcharges make it impossible for me to recommend this place to anyone.
