5 /5 Macey: I saw Dr. Lynsey Daniels today and experience was phenomenal. I recently had a very rough visit at Guthrie regarding this issue and went into this appointment extremely anxious. After talking with her for a few minutes, I quickly realized I was in good hands. She walked me through everything and was extremely patient. She is fantastic and highly recommended. The two nurses were also very sweet!

1 /5 Emely Laborde: Have a colonoscopy appointment and they have me waiting here for an hour! Do you not know Im literally starving... no consideration, noone came to explain the wait so I left... go elsewhere! Update: I was able to speak to a supervisor and my doctor regarding the matter and what went wrong. Although I understand things happen, there was no excuse for the cold greeting (there was no greeting) from the nurse who called me to the back. I felt really disrespected because not only was I called in late because they prioritized someone who came earlier to their appointment. But on top of that, the nurse who called me back didnt even try to acknowledge me, she didnt introduce herself, didnt look me in my face. . And did not apologize for the wait. I cannot speak on behalf of other nurses on that floor but man was this just completely out of character. If she thought I was going to go through with the procedure after giving off that vibe .. yeah no thank you! As for my doctor I have no complaints at all.

5 /5 Amy Jo Ayen: I cannot say enough good things about this practice or my surgeon, Dr. Linsey Daniels MD!! This fantastic Doctor is so professional, extremely thorough, very compassionate, informative on my care, what to expect before and after surgery, will call you personally at home if the need arises, not to mention my much needed surgery was performed without any issues with her checking on my husband and I before the surgery and afterwards… I cannot say enough nice things about the service I got from the surgical center office/medical personnel staff calling me at home and handling my calls and emails with such kindness and compassion! Holly the surgical scheduler and I believe the RN was Sandy, were so accommodating and sweet to me when I needed it most and I don’t ever forgot that kind of kindness and compassion, not to mention their knowledge of their jobs and professionalism. I believe these lady’s set the tone beautifully for this practice as they’re the first line of dealing with the patient population. Also, the medical staff that assisted with my before, during and aftercare had the most caring bedside manner! Amy, Lawrence, Jason and Lisa were so attentive and knowledgeable with the service they gave me, these 4 helped every step of the way with smiles on their faces and I was the last patient of their VERY long day! And a special shout out to the anesthesia staff as well who was very thorough, patient and kind in making sure their part of the process goes smoothly and it absolutely did… So from the moment I needed the Samaritan Surgical Center services for my initial appointment, thru the process of being booked for surgery, to the surgery staff itself, I would highly recommend this facility from start to finish. I feel so very grateful today to you all, I cannot thank you enough, each and every single one of you for helping me thru this trying time. You all deserve a raise, a special recognition, a kudos AND a luncheon from your employer for how very dedicated you are to your profession and your patient population. You ALL care to make a difference and it shows in the care you give your patients every day!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!! Craig and Amy Ayen

1 /5 Marie Petell: PA was rude and condescending toward my SO when called out about appointment. Stated that dont give out results to over phone which is a lie as I received mine over phone a few months ago.
