Pat Kelley I have been going here for a few years and have liked the doctors and treatment. at the time I started going there, the office staff was good. that was then and this is now. drove from the Brewerton/Central Square area for a morning appointment today to find out no doctors were there today and my appointment was canceled but no one contacted me. a good 45 minute ride one way. this has happened before. the office staff seems like a revolving door now and all I get is how people are so overworked there. trust me every time I am in there nobody is overworked. the waiting room has hardly any people in it and you have to wait for a while. if the staff knows that the doctors were not in there today, how about looking up the patients who were coming in and let them know to reschedule before we drive there. lady behind me at the counter came from Fulton and the same thing happened to her. a little common sense would be nice. and I need the appointment to get my ears cleaned out. rescheduling appointments a lot is totally inacceptable. I need care to my ears and not excuse !!!

Josh Dexter Absolutely one of the worst hospitals in the state and likely the country. Doctors contradicting each other and nurses treating each patient as "common case they see all the time." Typical of NY and a representation of our government. Ill never take my child here again and will likely be going to Boston Medical or Cleveland Clinic where outstanding staff cares about their patients.

Andrea Fowler Dr Newell is the most thorough Doctor I have ever seen. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anybody I know and I have!

Tim Swearson Visiting from out of state. My husband is a paraplegic. We drove 1,300 hundred miles to visit family first time to N.Y. my husband had sores on his backside from the traveling. We needed to see a doctor, called the wound care clinic from the start they treated us wonderful right down to having to go to the pharmacy. Everyone made us feel like we were from the area. Tiffany Lefebvre Friendly service, fast and very good at what they do. I love the receptionist as well as the nurses and my NP. They make you feel comfortable and welcome and seem to really care about you. Would recommend them to anyone seeking reproductive care services!

Cheryl Ascenzi My snowbird parents moved back home to Oswego and became patients of Dr Joan Newell three plus years ago. I cannot say enough about her amazing care. Aside from being the consummate healthcare professional, the specialty bakery cupcake she brought my father to the hospital on his birthday says it all about how caring and compassionate she is. Today my Mother saw her amazing PA Emily Crandall and our experience was equally incredible, taking the time to thoroughly review and engage in my Mother’s care. Thank you!
