Mrs. Thania Durante My church in NY. The place where not I found myself, but God’s word and love for me. This is the church where you gather with family and friends and you feel the connection with God immediately. My husband and I got married here and we love everyone we met during the years we attended the Sunday service and all year long events. We love our Pastor Roser and his wife Sharon.

Michelle Alexander Almost 1 year ago, I stepped into Hope NYC and it was an experience like no other. It started when my family and I came to the Easter egg hunt and the kids had a really enjoyable time. That day, we were drawn by the friendliness and warmth of everyone especially Pastor Sharo who came and spoke with us personally. We decided to attend service the next day- Easter Sunday. It was awesome, from the worship and dancing to the Word, service was incredible and the presence of God was evident. Being in church all my life, I have never been to a place where I’ve seen such love and care from everyone. My kids have grown spiritually and beg to be in the house of God every opportunity they can. I love that there’s so many opportunities to get involved and serve, whether you’re a child, tween, teenager, young adult or adult - there’s something for everyone! Pastor Sharo and Pastor Curt has proven to be great examples of what it means to show the love of Christ. They genuinely love Jesus and people and it is evident in the way they live their daily lives. They have encouraged us to live out your God given gifts and callings and welcomed our children with open arms. I love this church, the Pastors and the people, and I’m happy to call it HOME.

Kellie Arnaud I love coming here, it is a truly BIBLE based message, which I think is extremely important for all Christians. In addition, the congregation, the pastors, and those in volunteer leadership positions all are extremely welcoming. They do what they can to ensure you feel connected from the moment you walk in the door. Norma Jinete Love this little church. My kids go here for Sunday school/religious education and I’m also attending adult classes. There’s one priest in particular that I love. He’s very nice and funny! Makes mass attendance interesting and enjoyable.

Marianne Abene Resurrection Ascension has been my home parish for more than 25 years. The Pastors have been wonderfully welcoming, compassionate, and concerned about our welfare. The Music Director, Emanuel Bologna is outstanding. The Choirs harmonies are gorgeous - the music is both soothing and uplifting. Emanuels organ playing and piano playing are exquisite. The main altar has a beautiful white statue of the Resurrected Christ that immediately mesmerized me and comforted me the first time I entered this church. The Triduum Masses, including Holy Thursday (especially the washing of 12 parishioners feet by the Pastor while the choir sings), Good Friday (incl Veneration of the Cross), Holy Saturday Vigil Mass (especially the dramatic Baptisms of RCIA candidates into the large Baptismal Pool), are all very inspiring and help to deepen my Faith. There are 2 parking lots, which are very convenient!
