Mike and the team were professional, friendly, and jumped into action, even though I had just dropped a broken car at their doorstep. Buchanan Grace Aaron has earned our loyalty many times during his ownership of this business. He squeezes us in or stays late when we have an unexpected and urgent need. He advises us over the phone when we have a concern. He doesnt charge us until he completely identifies and fixes each problem. His prices are affordable. He picks us up and drops us off because we have just the one car, so we dont have to wait in his waiting room while he/his mechanics do the work. We have been happy customers of this shop since the Murphys owned it in 2000. Weve had Hondas, most recently.
