5 /5 KH M3DIA: This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. After doing my research online looking for a good dentist this Park Dental Care was my final choice. After taking my mom there first the care she got was amazing. I made an appointment for myself and they really took care of me. The place is very clean and the staff is amazingly wonderful. The wait time was real quick. They actually see you at the time they give you an appointment for. If you live in queens or in this planet you have to go here just one time to see what I’m talking about. This is not a paid endorsement I promise you. I’m so happy with their service that I’m taking time out of my day to write this comment. Great care for your patient Park Dental. Keep up the good work so more good comments come your way. Thanks.

1 /5 Gracie Coston: If you value your teeth, Do not go here. At least, don’t get a root canal done here. And if you read farther down, there are other, similar complaints. After a root canal at Park Dental Care in 2019, I am headed to a specialist in Michigan (where I now live) for oral surgery because the original work was incomplete, and when they put the crown on top, they essentially sealed a bunch of bacteria inside my mouth. The actual appointment was awful. Before the dentist started drilling, his words of comfort were “Close your eyes.” After I left, they called me when I was about two blocks from home and asked me to come back so they could talk about my aftercare. Uh, no. The assistant apologized and said she let me leave before old drillface could go over everything. I said I was happy to discuss it over the phone, but since it was raining and I was walking, I was not able to return. The dentist refused to talk with me over the phone and that was it. No mention of anything when I went in after to get the crown. The entire tooth is infected, and I’m not sure what microendodontics is, but apparently that’s what I need. Buyer beware.

5 /5 Ashley OConnor: I absolutely love Dr. Park, she was my dentist on Broadway and now on Ditmars. She is very gentle, thoughtful and thorough. She listens intently to my concerns and remembers details of my life. I highly recommend her! If you want a fantastic and thorough dental hygienist, I recommend Dr. Ahmed Saberin. He is very personable, caring and makes sure you feel comfortable. Lovely people and I never fear going to the dentist because of them!

1 /5 Yazmin Zissis: Lets start with my last 2 appointments, after waiting almost an hour to see the doctor, mind you, I had an appointment, the doctor did not have my chart ready, they had no approval number for my procedure (when I called to make the appointment I said what kind of procedure i was having). At the end I had to call my insurance and pass my cell phone to the front desk so they could assist the office and i can see the doctor. My appointment was at 2.30pm. I left at closing time... Last appointment, another half hour wait. Let us take into account that we live in the state of NEW YORK with LIMITED time. I went to finish my procedure in my HALF hour lunch break. And guess what? I was never seen by the doctor, the young man at the front desk is super rude and with a very bad attitude. We, the users of your dental services, are the ones who pay the salaries of the medical office staff and we are treated as we are asking for a favor. In the end I got up and left, call my insurance so that Park Dental was only paid for the procedure already performed and find another dentist in my area to finish it .. Oh, important fact, I had been a user of your dental services since 2005 and recently my 13 year old daughter.

Ahmed and Dr. Park were very friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable discussing/answering my dental needs and questions. Ahmed did an excellent job at cleaning and I would highly recommend him!
