Palazzo Nail Spa - Latham (NY)

Natasha U Gabbie did an awesome job on my color and cut. I went in vaguely knowing what I wanted and she talked through ideas with me and then confirmed things along the way. I’m going gray and am tired of the very regular maintenance of hiding the line that is created from coloring it my old normal hair color. I was also really nervous embracing the grey though. Gabbie walked me through how to transition and did an awesome job. My hair looks natural and there’s no harsh line. My cut is perfect too! I wish I lived in the area because I would definitely go back to her. I actually felt like a team with Gabbie. She didn’t just listen and think she understood she made sure she did. Thanks so much Gabbie!!!

Shanice Helena Paid $73 for the worst nails ever! Gave her a simple design and she wouldnt even give her mistakes. Lines are shakey and the nail polish isnt filled in enough. Now I can see the bottom of the polish. Will never go back here. Now I gotta fix them myself. and its my birthday SMDH

Before coming to this place I’ve tried different nail places and it didn’t fit my expectations and were very expensive. Here at nail city is very affordable and they put so much care and effort into their work. I would definitely recommend coming to this place if you want your nails to last long ! :)

Mackenzie Weber A little hole-in-the-wall place, tidy and cozy. I had a fill and a pedicure done by a nail tech named Zhang Meng, he took his time, he was very gentle and detail oriented. The nail art is beautiful, and the pedi was nice and relaxing. It took a good hour and a half, so give yourself lots of time. But it was worth it. Highly recommended. Not sure what all the negative reviews are on about. UPDATE: been going here regularly for 2 years. All the reviews saying that the staff are rude and they hurry - yeah, sometimes they hurry if you dont make an appointment and expect to be served right away, or roll in 10 minutes before closing and ask for a full set or something, or sit down and expect a 15 minute manicure. They take their time, they get it right. And if youre polite, the staff will reflect that. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Nails are always on point, all the nail techs are excellent, if they make a mistake with your nails theyll do them again (only happened once over dozens of times!) Never had a broken nail that wasnt my fault (acrylic will crack and chip under normal wear, but yall should know this already.) And if Koko makes a suggestion, yall better listen to her. She knows what shes talking about. She and the other nail techs have actually saved me from my own bad design or color ideas a few times - shes never steered me wrong.

Janet Patrizio I love this place! They operate very efficiently. Mani - Pedi - lashes Etc all in one place if you like . Anna and her husband have great employees- Nicky gives the best foot massage! So glad this spa is near me.

Carizma Whitaker A dynamic sister duo! Iove that! The energy when you walk in this place, the efficient communication was amazing!! I had the pleasure of getting my nails done with Nina! She was truly a blessing for me! I’m so happy I was able to get in for an appointment, now we’re locked in for as long as I’m in this area! She too her time, she communicated & she gave some great encouraging words! I left out of there with my next appointment booked & super satisfied with the service! Thank you again! Abigail Cole I took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time (12 yrs old) and the nail artist did exactly what she wanted based on a photo she showed her. She got acrylic tips and a gel manicure. Her nails look beautiful and she was very happy and had a great experience. Thank you!

Stephanie Williams I called on a holiday (July 4th) and New Envy was open!! They took me in right away and did a great job with an ANC manicure with tips!! The person that assisted me paid a lot of attention to details and made sure to get everything right! The salon was clean and also laidback. I will definitely return!
