5 /5 Brianna Baker: After a frustrating experience with another hair salon cancelling my daughters hair appointments 2 days in a row after we already showed up for the appointments and not cancelling until we showed up I ended up calling Ovations Salon Spa and spoke with Katy who was beyond so professional and nice and took on doing my daughters hair for us even though she was pretty booked for the rest of the day and we were a last minute call in the afternoon. She made the experience amazing for my daughter and her hair came out way better than we even expected. My daughter got a full head of highlights and a butterfly cut and her hair styled after. She made sure not only my daughters experience was great but also that me as her mother was at ease and had a good experience too. I will never be able to thank Katy enough for going above and beyond to make my daughters night and help us have her hair looking amazing for picture day. I will continue to bring her to see Katy and the salon was calm/relaxing and clean with such friendly people. Katy has a great personality and friendly and truelly shows she cares about her clients and enjoys her job.
