Oswego Hospital: Sadock James W MD - Oswego (NY)

Pat Kelley I have been going here for a few years and have liked the doctors and treatment. at the time I started going there, the office staff was good. that was then and this is now. drove from the Brewerton/Central Square area for a morning appointment today to find out no doctors were there today and my appointment was canceled but no one contacted me. a good 45 minute ride one way. this has happened before. the office staff seems like a revolving door now and all I get is how people are so overworked there. trust me every time I am in there nobody is overworked. the waiting room has hardly any people in it and you have to wait for a while. if the staff knows that the doctors were not in there today, how about looking up the patients who were coming in and let them know to reschedule before we drive there. lady behind me at the counter came from Fulton and the same thing happened to her. a little common sense would be nice. and I need the appointment to get my ears cleaned out. rescheduling appointments a lot is totally inacceptable. I need care to my ears and not excuse !!!

Heidi Hummer Its not you. Its Buckingham Market in Constantia. No employees were wearing masks. I asked the owner and he said they dont have to wear one if they dont want to. Better check that store and the reviews on their website.

Lacey Soper Theresa has excellent bed side manner. She listens to you and treats you like a person and not a number. Theresa is outstanding in the office and in the delivery room! She goes above and beyond.

maureen stedman The Dr. is a pure Angel!!!!! Got all my cancer. Did a hysterectomy that should have been done years ago. He leaves no stone not turned.

Elk Hunter Excellent new facilty for Family Practice Associates doctors office upstairs and SOS, Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists downstairs. Elevators and stairways available. Plenty of well lighted parking. Access road is a bit confusing as no sign (11-2017) but basically behind Clay Eye Center.

Kawana Dana Sometimes these guys are great! Other times, not so much. I really like my doctor and her nurse that I have been seeing for several years. But the staff is kind of iffy. I was recently in the ER and called for my follow-up visit. I am not being scheduled for 6 weeks for a follow-up. Unbelievable. I hope its nothing serious.

Katie Meyer I want to highly recommend the Mexico Lab draw station. We went there today and had the pleasure of working with Emma. My 8 year old daughter was extremely nervous and scared for a blood draw. Emma was so kind and compassionate. She took the time to allow my daughter the space to regulate her emotions and showed her kindness. She talked her through the entire process and got down on her level and never made her feel bad for crying. Emma quickly gained our trust. Emma truly met our needs and gave my daughter the confidence should she need this done again. This was such a positive and excellent experience with Oswego Health. I am so happy to have a competent lab close to home.
