Suzanne Taylor I love coming here. The staff are always very kind and I was seeing Dr Beaumont, but he is no longer there. I am now seeing Dr.Grady who is compassionate, and he really cares about his patients well being. I suffer from extreme anxiety ,especially with my heart condition and each time I have had to call the office I have been treated with respect and understanding. That doesnt happen in the past with my experiences,with other places. He is professional and he is on top of my medical conditions. I recommend 100 percent .

Trish L. I have been seeing Theresa Naro for the last 2-3 years and she is not only knowledgeable, but she takes the time to listen and I mean TRULY listen. She is also very body positive - I have never felt so understood by a medical practitioner in the past when it comes to weight and the struggles women are put through. If you are looking for someone who is down to earth, progressive and will make you feel safe and understood, do yourself a favour and make the switch to Theresa! Patty Tracy I wouldnt even give them 1 star!!! This office and the personnel there are extremely rude. It took several phone calls that they did not return until I finally got to speak to someone about an appointment. The day before the appointment they tried to cancel it due to a change in insurance which I told them about when I set the appointment. The girl hung up on me mid-sentence. Unbelievable!!!! I called back and it took several tries to get a hold of her again and she was still very very rude. I really hate this office and I am definitely going to find another Gastro doctor to go to. I would never ever recommend them to anyone not even my dog!!!

Also another point to add, I see the same nurse every-time I visit, I cannot remember her name unfortunately but she’s so good with my kids and seeing the same people really builds rapport and feels reassuring that the staff is appreciated in their workplace. Grateful for local quick care! Especially with our Christmas Day strep catastrophe. Amazing!

Ashley Howland After being admitted and undergoing procedures in multiple facilities from Watertown to Syracuse, I can say that the best care I have received has been in the hands of the Oswego Medical network. I went in very nervous about the two procedures that I was having, but was met with nothing but warm and welcoming staff. Everyone from reception to surgeon and all in between were very friendly. Everything was explained to me and all needs attended to. In a world with such a shortage of medical care, I am thankful to have been seen by the people at the Oswego Hospital. These are very hardworking people who are often in thankless positions. Nothing went unnoticed by me. Thank you Oswego.
