Nathan Salimeda Dr. Rodriguez SAVED MY LIFE!!! I was diagnosed with strep throat and it had progressed to a point where even my own saliva had become almost impossible to swallow. With his efficient and timely treatment, I received relief within 24 hours and was immediately ready to tackle the world again! I cannot express just how thankful I am for Dr. Rodriguez’s treatment and the professionalism and friendliness of him and his staff! Thank you, Dr. Rodriguez - you truly have saved my life!

Anam I need a physical form for my kid’s school after calling we were told to go there with the FORM but when I went there round 4:30pm it was empty and 3 people in the reception talking to each other, so I waited in line they were talking rudely about me after sometime one of then called me over and said “how can I help” and guess what she was pretty rude and only needed name DOB and address I said I was told on the phone to bring the form I was trying to give her the form she was again in a very rude attitude told me not I don’t need that what a waste of my time. unnecessarily made me go there plus so rude. Montefiore use to be so good what happened ?

Saul Piazza Ive been to this ER a few times on different days & times of the week in the past years. The care is always the same. Professional,caring and compassionate. The ER is crowded, its the Bronx. Waiting is something we have no control over. Its also triage. The person requiring more immediate care will get care before others. Honorable mention to Gary Scott M.D. So glad hes there at Monte/Einstein. Gr8 doctor!!!

Amanda Reid The sonogram technician really needs to be switched out. It’s a certain level of “Bedside” manners and giving the patient great experience while pregnant with child. Such a cold experience to go through in that basement where the sonograms take place. Working in the medical field, you have to understand the contagion of moods. It leaves an impression on the hospital/Clinic

vaughn holloway I suffered for many years with Sinus infections, constant, countless tests and nothing ... some Doctors said it was a Vitamin D deficiency yada yada but nothing . Constant antibiotics wasnt helping . It wasnt till one Dr decided to give me a d allergy test and lo and behold thats what it was. So I started the weekly , bi weekly and eventually monthly allergy shots and its like night and day. Havent had a sinus infection in years .. I am extremely happy. Dr. Goldstein changed my quality of life for the better. If you have allergies or any ear and note issues I highly recommend giving them a call.

Irvin Solano They close the doors 15 minutes before the posted closing time. - I tried dropping off paper work and the security guard looks at me and wouldn’t even open the door to ask why I was there. Good staff, free parking lot with a couple of spots available at any given time. Definitely would not recommend parking during alternate side parking times, it can be hard to find parking on those days.
