Steve Johnsen I live in Washington state. I went to Google search and called Joels. His secretary answered i told her I have class A Motorhome and could they change my oil. She said Ill take the phone to Joel. He came to the phone asked what I had. That sounds like fun well do it in the parking lot. Met me as came into the lot and guided me in circle so I wouldnt have to unhook my car. He changed the oil and filter in about 15 minutes and I was back on the road. One of the most pleasant person Ive done business with in very long time. Thank you.

Benjamin Mack Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Had a tire pop on the expressway as we were driving through and they were able to help us out incredibly quickly and were very open and transparent about what they were doing.
