2 /5 Cattleya A: I have mix feelings about this place. As a new customer I’m a bit confused. I booked online and was excited to get my nails done today. The nail tech I got wasnt the nail tech I booked. When I asked for a simple marble design she didnt do it. It was just one color. I asked about adding a butterfly she said it wasnt a part what I order but the person I talk to on the phone yesterday said it was okay. So I assume it wouldn’t been an issue if they added it as an addition. But no just a solid color. I really wanted to have nice nails for my birthday week. The place is different dynamic then what was shown on Instagram. As a new customer I was not 100% satisfied. Other places wouldve done the design that I wanted and just charged extra. Maybe because there rushing. Not only that handling money while doing my nails. I dont know It just wasnt the experience I like.

2 /5 Sarah Carman: Most likely will not be back, A basic UV Gel Fill should not take 2 hours from start to finish to complete. I have been to this location many times and have never had issues however this visit i paid $93.50 to get a UV Gel Fill with french (with one tip replaced). This is the third time I have come to the salon with this situation but I have never paid more than $55, proven by the online booking system that shows your previous trips and receipts.

5 /5 Kaeleigh Hawley: Booked an appointment with Yensy and she did an amazing job! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. Yensy was meticulous not only with the design I wanted but with properly shaping my acrylic nails. Will definitely be returning when its time for a fill in!

2 /5 Melanie Scheck: Used to come here somewhat frequently…lately the quality of my pedicures has not been great. They come out smudged (I get gel so I’m not the one putting my foot in the UV lamp, the nail tech is) and instead of fixing they let me walk out that way twice now. Was going to give them another try but when I called to make an appointment I’m told I need to do it online (which is fine!) with an attitude. Anytime I’ve made an appointment I feel like I’m being given an attitude. The girls are always on their phones or watching whatever is on the TV. On my last appointment I wasn’t started on until 25 minutes after my scheduled time, which was when they open, while the girl who was going to do my nails folded towels. Won’t be back to this location.
