Erik Schaefer This review is about 10 years overdue—so yeah, sorry Jeff! When I moved to NYC back in 2012, every shop I went to managed to screw me over in new and creative ways—first with my Audi, then with my BMW. The final straw was when one place installed a bad transfer case on my BMW. Like, come on. That’s not even a cheap mistake. My buddy kept telling me, “Dude, just go see Jeff at LIC Auto already.” So in 2016, I finally did. I was living in Queens at the time, and Jeff got my BMW running again fast, at a fair price, and most importantly—he didn’t make things worse. Which was a first. Now it’s 9 years later, I live all the way out on Long Island, and I STILL make the trip to LIC Auto. I don’t trust anyone else with my cars. Jeff and his crew are honest, sharp, and they actually fix the issue the first time instead of playing guessing games on your dime. People say a good barber is hard to find—same goes for a good mechanic. Jeff is both… but thankfully he only charges for car work.

A friend took me to Cris Great place great work. .it was all done in 4 to.5 hours I will recommend you I know I will be back his price was unbeatable thank you

Thomas Li They do lack of detailing. After last time I fixed with them, my plastic cover bolts of engine were disappeared and the cover was damaged. They were only the person who touched my car. I don’t think they are doing good for your cars. Except oil change, do not let them repair anything.

Hawkeye Ive been taking my car here for fifteen years and have always had good experiences with these guys. They do good work in a timely manner and never try to talk me into anything I dont need. Highly recommended.
