Mie Nails - Depew (NY)

2 /5 Katie C: First time going here today, and as a walk in they were quick and pleasant. Salon was nice too. I asked for just a gel change (which is $15) and was asked if I wanted a manicure. I specifically said I didn’t want the whole ‘shebang’ just the gel change please. I was then asked if I wanted my cuticles done too and was under the impression this would be just a small add on. I thought I would be in and out in 15 min and it started to feel like I was there a while... 45 min later I’m done and nails look great. I go to check out and am told it’s $40 for the manicure. I told him I only said I wanted the gel redone not the whole manicure, and that I added on the cuticles. He said yes with the cuticles that’s considered a full manicure and it’s $40. I wasnt happy but kindly made it clear that’s not what I asked for. I paid my bill and didn’t fight it, but unfortunately that was my first experience here and will be my last.

5 /5 Jocelin: I have been going to Mie Nails for a long time. They are the best. I usually see which artist is available. Recently they have a newer artist Joey. He is fantastic. Takes his time, very personable and DOES A SUPER JOB! Thank you Mie Nails.
