Luda P I brought my car to this place for oil change and inspection. The shop was located near my house, and even though I made a last minute appointment, it didn’t take long to get my car back. The staff was friendly, and the whole atmosphere was welcoming: I got a chair and coffee while I was waiting for the service to be done. The service, I must say, was superb. Brian, the owner, treated each customer as if it were the only customer in the shop. He was knowledgeable, professional and attentive to my needs. If you are looking for a good mechanic, call Brian: you won’t be disappointed.

Bills Friendly Auto Services Inc
Phil Carbo Fast and thorough service shop. I had my crummy stock tires swapped out for some high performance Michelins and could not be more pleased with the quality of work. Ive returned to other shops 3-4 times because the balance or alignment is off but since having these mounted and driving the car 100 miles I can say everything is perfect. I recommend Bills to anyone looking for an honest, fair auto shop in Queens or western Long Island.

Juanito B Great service. Great people. Service manager was thoughtful and communicative. I came in for a last minute inspection (which was done quickly while I waited). The tech noted that I needed to replace a tire soon (I suspected it was near its end of life). i went ahead and had then order it. It was there by 8am the next day and they mounted that morning. Prices were competitive with online shopping (Tirerack) and best of all, you’re supporting a local business. There’s a reason why this place has been around since the 60’s. I plan on coming back for general servicing.

Tilden For Brakes Car Care Center
Joseph Johnston Changed my brake pads on my 2018 Lexus RX350 and since they have so many electronics in cars now, of course I got a brake error code. I called Tilden, they got me in immediately, and had my issue fixed in less than 2 hours. Theyre super friendly too, especially the front desk girl. Highly, highly recommend this shop. Thanks guys!!!

Matthew Baker Hands down the most honest, and talented mechanic a I have ever encountered. I have been using only them for nearly a decade now! I actually moved pretty far away from them a few years back, and still won’t even trust something as simple as an inspection or an oil change with anyone else, let alone something serious! I’ll never bring any of my cars to anyone else again! Once again, best mechanics, hands down!

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, which says a lot about how well this business is run. T P I’ve been coming here for several years now and every visit has been drama free. I felt the need to write a review now because I recently had a transmission/clutch shudder in certain conditions, which would require a paragraph to describe to someone. Long story short, I pick up the car and with the first throttle input in gear, I knew it was fixed. When I leave my car with George and his team, I know it’s in the best hands.
