1 /5 Christine Vasiliau: I work out of town and have limited availability. My appointment was scheduled - and confirmed - for Saturday, 4/8/23. I was texted in the middle of the week that day & time was already booked (not sure why the online booking tool made it appear open). We rescheduled for Saturday, 4/15/23. Got a text at 8:00 am that the puppy was sick and she would keep me posted. Unprofessional and not acceptable. NEXT!!!

I have long looked for a salon that was professional yet comfortable where I consistently felt in good hands! My search is over! 5 /5 Jess Carney: This place is an absolute 5 star one stop shop for self care! Katie who does the facials in the back is top notch. I wasnt sure what to fully expect and not only did she explain every single step and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. She combined treatments and holistic procedures to make the best experience. It was by far the best facial I have ever gotten. The table I laid on was the most comfortable table Ive ever laid on. The room was perfect with the best music and smells to relax to. Dry skin? Gone! Stressed? Gone! She couldnt have made me feel more like I belonged there and I was completely safe and able to fully relax. I then moved to the hair salon to get my hair cut where Andrea helped me get a walk-in spot and then was able to give me a hair cut that I couldnt quite explain in words and continued to communicate with me what she was doing and why, to give me the best hair cut. These girls at LUXE absolutely blew it out of the water and not only got a new client but will get referrals from me often!

5 /5 John Oakes: Was in Saratoga recently for a girls weekend and had the most wonderful facial from Katie !!! Wow, what a wonderful experience. Katie was so professional and so knowledgeable. She had wonderful suggestions for me on how to upkeep my daily face care routine. Thank you so much Katie for everything. I will definitely be back.

5 /5 Elizabeth OHagan: Absolutely amazing job and customer service!! The salon itself could use a big updating and I would think this is a priority in the very near future. I rated on performance only. If I factored in the aesthetics of the environment, they would receive a 3.5.
