2 /5 Lily Whelden: I hate that I have to write this review. The atmosphere and staff are really great and I do love the space. I heard wonderful things about this place leading up to my appointment. However, I am not happy with how my hair turned out. I told the hairdresser that I wanted bangs and I told her that in the past I have gotten them way too short and that I did not want that to happen and I explicitly asked her not to cut them too short. I told her that the absolute shortest part of the curtain cannot be shorter than the eyebrows and she took that as cut to the length of the eyebrows for everything. My hair does not have curtain bangs, rather it is now normal bangs. I am devastated. I spent 15 minutes outside the salon sobbing and I have to graduate in two months with the most shocking hairstyle of my life and as far as I know there is nothing that can be done but to wait the 6-8 months for them to grow to the actual length I wanted. The only reason I didn’t put a 1 star is because of how nice they were about it, but they just didn’t listen and now I hate the way I look.
