5 /5 Jennifer Rivera: I came across this hair salon through Google. I am glad I did. I went in person, and Lola was so welcoming. She listened to what I wanted and my concerns. I trusted her expertise and booked my appointment. On the day of the appointment, she remembered everything I had told her and wanted on my hair. She told the hairstylist Ornela exactly everything, and between them both, they accomplished what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. The whole team was nice and professional. I definitely recommend this place. The price is definitely worth it. Lola and Ornela got a new client for sure.

My stylist took the time to listen to my needs and offered great suggestions. The haircut and color turned out absolutely stunning. 3 /5 A: I originally loved my results but I felt like the results unfortunately lead to damage to my hair. I felt like I wasn’t being treated with attention like other customers. I sat and timed it for 1 hour and 45 minutes with bleach in my hair. I understand that I had all dark black hair box colored on me but I was really concerned and ask multiple times about the bleach being in my hair for such a long time and was reassured they where profesional and not to worry. Nevertheless it looked good for the 3 days that it had the blow dry but after I wash it I saw the damage it had underneath. I would have gave them 5 stars if they would have attended me the right way not taking 4 other customers and leaving me with bleach in my hair for almost 2 hours. Prices are a little over priced specifically with the customer service given but that my own personal opinion and yes I did tip.
