Sheryl Smith Dr. Dhiman has helped me with my back pain when nobody else could. She is so knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. It is very evident that she truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. I completely trust her and know that she will go above and beyond when I need help with my back pain. I cannot recommend her enough!

Angie Parrish Dr. Lewis and staff are amazing! My girl Lola loved her experience and left happy and I left happy as a new dog mom. Dr Lewis and staff are very helpful, compassionate, loving, caring, and Dr is very thorough doing exams and listens to all worries and concerns you may have. Explains and shows everything to you. Prices are very fare and reasonable. If there are options your sure to have them that best suites you and your pet. Nothing is never recommended thats not necessary for your pet for the best care you can give. I would highly recommend taking a visit. I know Lola will be for many years to come.

Dave M My wife and I caved in and went to the new Lockport Memorial Hospital after 4 days of trying to tackle an illness on our own. I previously visited the hospital over the summer and was amazed at the facilities. The Planning Board or BOD couldn’t have picked a better location ! It’s like it’s in its own private nature sanctuary. Just beautiful. The facility itself is state-of-the-art and SPOTLESS !! On our visit we got right in to get checked over. Received immediate attention and care. Painless check-in process. Our RN was Holli and she was soooooo nice ! She provided professional care and went above and beyond as far as helping us. The best thing was she treated us like family. When you feel lousy, that’s huge ! Our PA was Anna and she was also very professional and kept us informed on what our treatment was going to be. Due to complications with my blood work, we were there a LONG time but Holli took care of us. We felt much better leaving than when we came in. I don’t want to go back but if I do it’s nice to know there are professionals like Holli and Anna working there. THANK YOU!!!

Jeff Patterson It was the worst Dr visit I have ever had I was told by the office they were going to have the hospital call me and never happened I would not recommend this Dr at all

Amber Wing Dr. Wands is great! She listens to you, like actually spends time with you and try’s to get to know you and understand what you’re going through before she slaps a diagnosis on you or write a script for meds. I greatly appreciate not being treated like another number even when Buffalo medical group is such a large establishment. Her office is nice and clean, great staff and it is not far away from the thruway and I’m in and out! It’s nice to know there are still great doctors out there who listen. If you’re looking for a primary doc. Definitely check her and her team out.

Rachel Gallagher This is my second time seeing this doctor. I have to tell you she’s the cutest little thing ever saw she is very diligent. Clearly, super bright a great bedside personality. I was so scared to go to a new doctor. I just moved to this area. Her staff has been wonderful both her nurses and the front desk, I’m very impressed if anyone is looking for a doctor she is taking new patients once you get over she looks like a teen Lol! Honestly, I can’t say enough I really really loved how she listened to everything I had to say.

Cazzie Bradberry Terrible experience. Half of the staff exhibited good bedside manner other half not so much. I followed their instructions to a tee as far as contacting my insurance , providing code and making sure anesthesia was covered, which it was. Upon arrival I was informed that I would be charged, even though my insurance said it was covered, but we could get started. As I was on a table in a gown I was asked to provide a payment method and left in the table while they ran my card and told me it didnt work, they tried again and miraculously it worked this time. I felt like they left me there until they figured that out. During that time I could hear another employee speaking disparagingly about another patient…I actually wanted to get up and leave at this point, if you’d like a knowledgeable staff and to be treated with respect do not go to Great Lakes surgical.

Michele Adamski I cant say enough good things about Dr. McCausland and the team at Cornerstone Veterinary! Our miniature schnauzer needed surgery, and from the first consultation to the post-op care, they provided exceptional service. They explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and treated our dog with the utmost care and compassion. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery process was well-managed with clear instructions and follow-ups. What truly impressed me was their responsiveness when I dropped in without an appointment as soon as they opened on a Monday morning. The issue wasn’t due to the surgery, but rather my dog’s diabetes and the slow healing that often comes with it. Despite having no appointment, they immediately took my boy to the back, addressed our concerns with patience and expertise, and went above and beyond to provide the care and reassurance we needed. On top of that, anytime I had questions, I could call the clinic, and Dr. McCausland himself would personally take the time to answer and address all my concerns. To top it all off, the cost of this surgery at Cornerstone was half of what I paid for the same procedure at another vet. Exceptional care at a fair price is rare to find, and I’m so grateful we chose them. The staff is lovely, and its clear they truly care about their patients. If youre looking for a skilled and compassionate veterinarian, I highly recommend Dr. McCausland and Cornerstone!
