Tiffany I was in the area and called in, they took us as a walk in and we were able to get pedicures at the same time. Everyone was nice , service was quick and friendly. Marlene and Frank did our pedicures . The owner/manager offered and made us coffee during our pedicures . If I’m ever in the area again I will return to this salon. I love that it’s spacious, clean, and modern. For a male pedicure with no polish-just buff & a gel pedicure with no design , my total was $110. Recommendations for improvement: -if there is an upcharge for a certain brand of polish, inform customer before hand. -coat hooks would be convenient -personally I love massage chairs. Their chairs are very nice, stylish chairs but don’t massage and didn’t seem to be adjustable

Avassa Arjune OMG! Let me tell you something! I have never been so in love with my nails before! I was soooooo skeptical going to a nail salon because I have not had good experiences before! This nail salon offers gel x and they have pictures of different shapes and the name of the shapes to help you out. They have every color under the sun! Now lets talk service!!! My nail tech was Tia, and she was sooooo incredible, she had me giggling in my chair because she was just getting everything perfect. I told her I wanted almond and she delivered and all of this was only $80. The best!! She did such an amazing job color matching and design matching the pictures I brought in. Absolutely my favorite place now! And Tia is sooooo incredible skilled! Thank you so so much!

H Mir Almond, coffin, stiletto, gems, ombré, chrome. They do it all! The best salon in that 3 block radius in Springfield (and I’ve visited every salon). Fei Fei Salon truly tries to accommodate every customer. I don’t have a particular person I go to or request because of the staff are incredibly talented and good at what they do. I always get designs or something unique, and have never been dissatisfied with my nails. I get a hard gel and then always a fill. The pedicures are clean and well-done, with lots of options for spa pedicures as well. This has been my go to nail salon for a year. Also, I got my nails done for all my wedding events here (Shaadi, dolki, mehndi). I usually go in with a few pictures for inspiration and work with the manicurist to come up with something. Sometimes I do appointments, but usually walk ins. Also they are the only salon nearby that is open on a Sunday. It’s so convenient and satisfactory that I’m considering getting my hair cut and massages here as well. I always feel respected and welcome in this place. I used to go to another salon and observed several times that the owner was prioritizing other customers over me and making me wait more than 1 hour for appointments while immediately catering to older White customers. At Fei Fei, I was getting my nails done during the solar eclipse. The manicurist paused her work for me, lent me her glasses so I could go outside and experience the eclipse. They are so friendly, nonjudgmental, and importantly, very professional here. I’ve seen women come in with their children and even small dogs. Overall a welcoming space, which is important since I spend so much time and money there. My only dislike is that there is one guy who does pedicures and I don’t like his work. I avoid him and if he were the only person available for pedicure, I would skip it.

Queens NY Foodtastic It was an absolutely wonderful experience at this nail salon! The entire environment and atmosphere are warm and super clean. The techs are do sweet n easy to talk with as they are very knowledgeable of their products... All new chairs n nail products are brand new. I wish I had a picture of before n after to show the amazing job Joyce n Maria did on my nails n toes. I highly recommend this place and as a grand opening they are offering discounts. I got a $100 gift card for $80

Jingya It was a great experience and probably the only great manicure I’ve gotten in my life. My nail tech was Louis and he was able to pull off the design I wanted. He was great, he was very nice and he was very detail oriented for the design I wanted. I was also a walk in, but I did call beforehand and they were very willing to accept me.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm, friendly atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The salon is beautifully designed, with modern, clean decor and a serene vibe that makes you feel like you’re stepping into a luxury spa. The manicure and pedicure services were nothing short of exceptional. The technicians were highly skilled and took their time to ensure every detail was perfect. My nails have never looked so flawless—clean, precise, and beautifully shaped. They even offered a variety of premium polishes, including some trendy colors I hadn’t seen elsewhere, which was a nice touch. The pedicure was equally amazing; my feet have never felt so soft and rejuvenated. I appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing massage that came with it. What really stood out to me was the level of care and professionalism. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, giving great recommendations for nail care and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. The sanitation protocols were top-notch, which is always a priority for me when choosing a salon. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Aisha H So happy with my nails!! Isabelle did a beautiful & detailed job! I got dip powder for the base and chrome on top. No weird bumps, very smooth and fine base! She also took her time to file the base down to perfection. I wasnt sure which chrome I wanted, and she tried on different options and was patient with me choosing. Just to note: chrome is pricey here with, an extra $20. Other than that, definitely would recommend!

Karolina Kissane I have been coming to this nail salon for a while now. Each time the russian manicure is simply amazing. My nails always last me even up to 5 weeks! I usually do my nails with Irena & she is phenomenal!! They have so many colors to chose from and can do basically any design you show them! All the girls there are very friendly & they offer coffee while you get your nails done. Quality customer service!!! I always say you get what you pay for and at Lily’s nail studio that is definitely true, I always look forward to my next nail appt!
