For months I’ve been contemplating a Russian manicure but was skeptical because I’ve gotten painful cuticle inflections after other nail shops have manipulated my very sensitive cuticles. Scrolling on IG Mira’s shop pops up. I tried my luck and she was so sweet and patient over the phone and was able to fit me in same day. I walked by the place because they’re on the second floor and there’s no good signs. So that’s one thing she can fix. Although it may not matter as you have to be buzzed in anyway. Mira was polite, welcoming and explained the process. Offered a beverage like coffee or water. She also made recommendations when asked. I didn’t feel like her suggestions were a money grab add on, they seemed genuine based on my description to her.

Lysa Price Golden Nail on the Upper West Side is a gem! The salon is spotlessly clean, and they offer a wide array of color options to choose from. What impressed me the most was how efficiently they got me in and out without sacrificing quality. If youre looking for a fast and fabulous nail experience, look no further than Golden Nail!

Audra Phillips I loooved my gel mani with Rocío. I walked in after a last minute date was planned because I could NOT go with my chipped nails, and they made time to accommodate me. I knew I wanted navy but had trouble picking, and they helped me out (this one is Russian navy). Also, I am a pickyyy girl when it comes to shape, but Rocío was able to get it right with strong attention to detail. Absolutely loved my service!! Couldn’t recommend more.

I usually never get my nails done as theyre almost always weak and brittle, but I finally decided to get them done today as Im going on a trip for the holidays. Im so happy that I chose this salon! Winnie was so sweet and did my nails very well! It was such a pleasant and painless experience! Typically the drill and cuticle prep hurts me, but Winnie was so attentive and gentle! I highly recommend this nail salon :)

Mika Ive been a loyal client at this nail salon for 6 years now. Nicole and Sue are absolute artists who have never let me down. One of my favorite things about them is that I can simply show them any nail design picture, and they know exactly how to recreate it - sometimes even making it better than the original! Their color selection skills are spot-on; I actually trust them to pick my colors more than trusting myself because they have such a great eye for what works. Booking appointments is always hassle-free, which is a huge plus for my busy schedule. Their attention to detail is impressive, and the quality is top-notch - my nails always last for 4-6 weeks at least. Ive recommended this salon to many friends over the years, and Im so glad I found this gem after trying several salons in the area. Six years later, they still exceed my expectations with every visit❤️

Aya Mohamed My go-to spot in the city. Amazing service that offers uniqueness. Everyone is talented and accommodating. Theyre very fast, Im in and out 50 minutes max for a gel soak off and then a gel manicure. I recommend paying in cash so you can use that saved money on the tip.
