5 /5 Shaliyah Robinson: I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! I got Gel-X with beautiful designs and a gel pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything was done with such precision and care. I highly recommend the nail tech Lulu—he never disappoints! The ambiance of the salon was incredibly soothing and calm, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the space was a 10 out of 10, which I really appreciated. My final results were absolutely worth the price, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more stunning sets. If you’re looking for quality work and a relaxing atmosphere, this is the place to go!

They gain a client from me. Ria slayed my nails both times and Mary took her time with my pedicure. Definitely check them out you wont regret it!

2 /5 Julma Lozada: This salon is so beautiful and the workers there can create any design you can imagine. However i genuinely don’t think the quality matches the price. I have gone to this salon twice and have been satisfied with the designs ONLY. First time i came here i asked for poly gel extensions. They used an actual tip and applied the poly gel. I did find this interesting because last i went to a different place in a different city they just used the sticker extension to extend it and that lasted me a lot longer compared to this time. Over time the poly gel would separate from the tip. When it started to separate I was on week 2 since my visit. It was annoying that it happened because i could have gone another 2-3 weeks. I did have the intention of letting my nails grow under so i can use my regular nails and do hard gel. Which is what I did on my second visit. During my second visit i also got a pedicure done. While the chairs look beautiful and comfortable they are not. I was on the chair for an hour and my bum literally felt like it was going to disperse. Once they finished my pedicure it was time to do my nails, they over filed my nails during the process of removing the poly gel and tip. The worker that was removing it kept drilling the same nail and caused my nails to over heat. I did tell her this but i think in the future workers need to be mindful and check on the nail to see how hot it got or just be mindful as to how long you’ve been filing the nail for. Once that was done it took them a couple of minutes to figure out whose turn it was to take the next client (me). That was annoying given that i was in the salon for 2hrs at tht point. I think a system should be implemented to keep things organized because having to stand there while the employees figure out whose turn is it is not professional and makes it seem like the team has communication issues. Once they figured out whose turn it was i explained that i wanted a manicure with hard gel builder. They missed a couple of extra skin but I’m not sure if it was because my hands were already moisturized. I will say at the end of the service it seemed like they did a wonderful job but i was wrong. It has been a week today since I’ve gotten the builder gel manicure and my nails are chipping off and so is the gel. It seems like it was not applied evenly. I have not had my nails done for over 3 years and used products to ensure that my nails are hard and healthy. Therefore i belive that the excess drilling cause my nails to become brittle. I understand that to remove poly gel it needs to be drilled off but due to the over drilling cause my nails to over heat it made nails weaker. I am upset that i spent a total of $130 for the pedicure+removal+builder gel just for it to go to waste. I now have to spend money to make my nails look presentable. I have seen the work of this place on IG and i genuinely belive that they should stick to Gel X and acrylic until they can be properly trained on how to do builder gel/poly gel manicures.
