1 /5 samina s: I hoped to be a loyal customer and really wanted to like this salon, but I feel very disappointed. Every time I go I feel ripped off!This is my fourth and LAST time coming to this salon!! A few months ago I went in with a nail design I wanted and my nail tech Ana was on face time talking while doing my nails and put very little effort into my nails. I felt upset looking at my nails and spoke with the owner Tammy who agreed to have Ana redo my nails. She fixed it and it looked better, so why couldn’t this happen the first time? Anyways, today I called the salon and I believe Tammy picked up. I made an appointment for regular mani and pedi. I got to the salon and told Tammy, again, that I’m here for a REGULAR mani+pedi. Tammy assigned nail tech Adrianna(I think that’s what her name is) she took her time and was gentle. But, When it was time to pay she charged me for GEL mani pedi and said that she did gel mani pedi. Im a full time mom so don’t get much free time so I was very happy to get away for a little to pamper myself, I don’t think it’s my responsibility to keep track of what they are doing when I already told them several times I’m here for regular mani pedi. This was not okay to charge me for something I was not aware of or asked for, but I ended up paying for a gel mani pedi. Seems like a sleazy business move. What an awful experience.
