Jessica Vaccaro I made an appointment for the first time today. I was a solid 30 minutes early (snow-didn’t want to be late) and they took me immediately. Everyone was super nice. Alex did my nails, and they really are perfection! I came in with a photo and they are identical to what I asked for. He not only took his time, but the attention to detail he has is amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

She is so talented, is always open to my ideas for nail art, and usually upgrades them with her great creativity! She is very kind and professional, always the highlight of my week going to see her! Michelle Jewell Omg I wish u would have read these reviews before picking a random place without a wait. Showed Ann the picture of an ombre sparkle blue nail inspired by frozen...she said I can do something similar...when I tell u this lady sped thru painting that she didnt go down to my cuticle or clean the sides up and after burning and having black on my sparkles I tell her she tries to convince me its silver sparkles. Looks like I was playing in charcoal. Picture speaks for itself. Save your money.

Kelly Camacho I used to go to Luss in the Niagara falls boulevard but they get so many customers that it always takes several hours and the prices are high. They give out free drinks but not consistently. I liked JJ Nails, it was super easy to make an appointment, I got in and got out in under an hour. Quiet & clean atmosphere. Prices are great.

Dawn Hitzges Phillip, Ivy, Andy and Cindy are among the best of the best when it comes to customer service! They are very friendly, and are accommodating with appointments... for the most part taken right on time (theres been a very short wait once or twice but thats to be expected in this business). Ive had appointments with all four and you cant find a better place for acrylics, gel nails and pedicures in the area. Ive been a customer for over 5 years, and am very particular, so that says something! This salon is always clean and bright, and relatively well organized in comparison to other salons Ive visited in the past; Ive never had a concern about cleanliness or sanitization here. **PRO TIP** If you need a custom design, Ivy is an amazing artist!

Nicole Barker I’ve gone to several nail salons in the Hamburg area and Nail Max is by far the best quality and service! I lead a busy and active lifestyle and am rough on my nails. My dip manicure held up perfectly. No chips or breaks! Salon is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Hannah Foss Absolutely wonderful, extremely clean and bright. I had to to a different salon that butchered my fingers and my nails, and I came into Elegant Nails for a better experience. I most certainly got the best experience, not a single cut, they were extremely careful and professional. I picked out colors and explained what I wanted and asked for some guidance, I completely changed my mind once I was shown other colors and options. Will continue going back time and time again!
