R B I have been taking my two cars to J & B Auto since it opened, and I’ve always received excellent service at a very reasonable cost. Both mechanics, Jim & Jim, are highly skilled, helpful, friendly and I always can rely on them to get the job done right, whether it’s routine service or a major problem. For unexpected problems that need immediate attention, they somehow find time for you and fix that problem as soon as their workload allows. They also provide you with an honest assessment of your problem and provide reasonable cost options. I recently had some routine service work done and was again very satisfied with the work that was completed.

Kayla Parmele I pulled into Kelsey‘s automotive spur the moment when the lever to pop my front hood broke. It was about 25 minutes before they closed, one of the guys stopped what they were doing to help me out. He had it fixed in 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for it. I offered to pay twice and he refused to take payment for it, he just did it out of the goodness of his heart and that’s a hard thing to come by nowadays. A major shout out to these guys, I’m definitely going to be doing business with them in the future.

McLovin’ Chris “MF’in” Awesome shop with great customer service. My Ram needed larger tires installed (34”) and exhaust work done (definitely not a custom better sounding muffler ;) We scheduled an appointment and it was done in quick. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Susan Garber I was recommended to go to this shop, as I needed a state inspection and oil change, and had a great experience. This is a “Mom & Pop” shop and the couple that owes it are very down to earth people. Their daughter and son-in-law also work there, and everyone was very friendly and personable. They are also very honest and won’t tell you work “needs to be done” on your car that isn’t truly needed. My car currently has an open recall, but I was told by the dealer the parts were in a national shortage. Without even asking, Fox’s looked up, within a 250-mile radius, a search for who might have the part that I needed to see if they could find the part to complete the recall. They also helped explain to me what the recall was about and why it was important. Unfortunately, no one had the part, but I thought it was above and beyond that they checked to begin with and just reflects on their character. I will most definitely be going back.

Dana Lynn Henry and his staff were extremely helpful in replacing my flat tire that wasn’t able to be saved. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road quickly and safely. You don’t know how much I appreciate your help. Thank you so much!!

Matt Santee They did great work on my truck after an accident and now it looks brand new again. Their customer service is great. The receptionist is extremely easy to work with and very helpful. It was also nice that I was called once a week to give me an update on the status of my truck. The interior and exterior of my truck were also cleaned (which I was not expecting) and they did an awesome job! I would highly recommend coming here to have work done.

Martin Schlegel Stopped by bracket on my Tonneau broken . Owner stopped what he was doing repaired my bracket extremely friendly no charge. I hope I dont need their services but if the occasion comes Will positively be my First Choice Thanks Again.

scott herrick Gerber was able to fit me in 3 hours after my incident for an estimate. They removed the paint from my paint that day so it would not affect the clear coat,and I would only have to have the plastic replaced. Thank you!
