5 /5 Travis Steger: Let me start off by saying its not to often you make an appointment somewhere and when they give you a time they mean it. They were actually waiting on me to give them the keys! My entire reason for going there was I needed an alignment on my truck, I took it to a different shop to have done, well I was there for four and a half hours only to have it go on a lift 5 different times, and after having to waste a vacation day to get that done it still was terrible. My truck pulled to the left and the wheel was cranked to the right. I even went back the following day to have it fixed right to no avail. Thats when I contacted the Ken Barrett service department. They were more than willing to help and got me right in. Even as I waited the service manager came over and notified me of the tecs progress/findings/ and basically be very friendly which I though was awesome cause most of the time the customer is totally in the dark about service at dealerships. Well I got my truck aligned , ( it only took him one try) and I couldnt be happier!! These guys know their stuff and my experience there was very reassuring. I would recommend this place / these guys to anyone needing anything done ! I would give them 10 stars if I could
