Joes Garage - Binghamton (NY)

Gabreella Friday Was told by another car garage that I needed my rear shocks replaced and quoted $600. Called Integrity and they said they’d do it for $400. On the day of the service, they called me within two hours stating my shocks were fine. Saved me a lot of money. Super honest guys.

Dale Persons Flat Tire on I88, called for assistance, Sent Tow truck immediately. Needed to replace a tire of which they didn’t have on site and immediately had 1 delivered. Very pleasant knowledgeable people. Fair and honest pricing, Thank you so much for your immediate response. This certainly helped to deal with a stressful situation, highly recommend using this Auto repair shop.

Justin Weberg I couldnt be more impressed with Ray and his staff. My car broke down as I was passing through the area. Ray was there within about 10 minutes of my call. While it is a busy shop, they quickly fit me in -- started working on my car almost immediately -- and diagnosed an electrical issue that two other mechanics overlooked. While it took several hours of working (off and on because of the demands of the shop), Ray graciously charged me a conservative estimate of the time that he took on it, and had me on my way later that day. Greg and Jay were most pleasant and accommodating as I sat in their office, and even allowed me to eat of the pizza that they purchased for lunch. Although I attempted to pay for my portion, I found my money in the cupholder of my car once it was ready. To top it off, after Greg found out that I am a Christian, he escorted me out to my finished car and prayed for me before I departed. It was an unbelievable experience and way beyond good customer service. For what it is worth, while sitting in the office, they received a call from a young man who had been quoted $3,500 worth of work needing to be done (rack and pinion, and struts -- if I recall correctly) by another company in town. They fit him in (same day) and discovered that he only needed a fraction of the work done. Greg and the mechanic did not throw the other company under the bus as he gave the summary of their findings, and did not pressure the young man to use them. In fact, Greg encouraged him to think about it, research or ask someone he trusts about it, and give them a call if he would like for them to do the work. Again, I was impressed by their honesty and integrity. I would recommend Ray and his staff to absolutely anyone! If I didnt live seven hours away, Id use them for all of my work!

Doug Griffis Scott and his team genuinely care about providing the best service for their customers. He is up front and honest with what he finds on the vehicle. He is trustworthy, which to me, is the best thing you can find in a mechanic.

Ramsey Frederickson Let me start off by saying this location saved me the headache of having to leave my car at a shop to have a simple inspection done. Everywhere I called it was a drop off or a wait till next week! So thankful for this auto shop! I will definitely be a returning customer and I will be telling my friends and family about this place! I cant thank these guys enough! I was lucky enough to spend some time with there kitty they have hes the sweetest ♡ If I could give a higher star rating i would!

The service and attention to detail, satisfied all of my concerns and needs. These guys definitely know the power of teamwork and transparency with their clients. Came on Tuesday July 22, in and out. Front desk attendant provided feedback from the beginning to the end while working with the mechanics to insure a smooth transition. I pray that firestone continues to support their employees on and off the clock, bonuses for their your family, great benefits and shares in the company.

levin spence I have had all my vehicles worked on here the service is great and he really does a good job he does the job right the first time and quick at may I add. The prices can not be beat. I recommend furrs lawn and autorepair to anyone who wants the job done right
