5 /5 Dale Persons: Flat Tire on I88, called for assistance, Sent Tow truck immediately. Needed to replace a tire of which they didn’t have on site and immediately had 1 delivered. Very pleasant knowledgeable people. Fair and honest pricing, Thank you so much for your immediate response. This certainly helped to deal with a stressful situation, highly recommend using this Auto repair shop.

5 /5 William Feliciano: Im leaving a review because a) this shop truly deserves it, and b)because it was reviews by others that got me to call Hendriksons. Our vans transmission began giving us problems on I-88 as we approached Binghamton. We got off in Harpursville, did Google search, saw good reviews for Hendricksons, so we called them. (To add to our stress it was almost closing time for them). Sandy answered the phone, graciously asked us what happened, and not only got a flatbed to us in 5 minutes but also a separate truck to pick up my wife and I (and our dog). Allen troublebshooted the van meticulously, explained the issue, then did his repair, which allowed the van to get us to Binghamton and back home to the Albany area. He saved us. Their price was reasonable, they stayed working on our van way past closing time to help us, were friendly and professional. This shop is a blessing from God not only to the Harpursville area, but to anyone that comes across them in their travels. I spent the entire drive home thanking them in my heart.

5 /5 Lorelei Faulkner: My husband and I are traveling from North Carolina to Buffalo, New York and then out west. We do mission work for the Lord by helping others. On this trip, we’ve run into quite a bit of trouble with our RV. The latest problem has been with a leaking tire and we could find no one to help us with this. Fortunately, we had some friends in Windsor New York, where we stayed for four days while trying to look for someone that could help us. our friends let us to a person who they thought could help us, but in fact could not, but he did recommend Hendrickson auto. What a blessing. Allen immediately knew what the problem was, got out his little tools and began to work. In about 10 minutes he had the job done and we were ready to go back on the road! I am so thankful for these people. Allen was a very likable man who really knew his stuff. I highly recommend these people if you’re ever in the area and in need of help.

5 /5 Deliah Shader: I was traveling from out of state and my car broke down on the highway. They stayed after hours to help me figure out what’s wrong with my car. I was almost 5 hours away from home and they were able to get me back on the road safely and I was able to drive home. They were very friendly and honest!
