1 /5 carly basinger: While the staff are nice and seem knowledgeable enough, communicating with this office is awful. Zero for customer service. Their receptionist lives on other side of planet, and while it’s definitely no fault of hers, it means that any time you need ANY information about your appointments, results etc you have to deal with literal WEEKS of delay to get your OWN health information passed to you. When you advocate for yourself they are dismissive and rude. Also my teeth were fine before a cleaning and then the dentist decided to redo 4 fillings. Now I need 1 or 2 root canals and they don’t seem to really care at all that they leave their patients in pain for weeks waiting to get documentation, referrals etc. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache

5 /5 Recor Heather “makeupgirl”: I brought my daughter to Jefferson dental, after being shuffled around by many other dentists due to her extensive work needed from being born with a cleft lip/palate and the doc was hands down THE BEST dentist we have EVER went too!! He was so informative, compassionate, understanding, didn’t make her feel any less. He took so much extra time and effort into fixing her teeth and we cld not be happier with the results. He left her with a smile that lights up her soul, which in turn makes me forever grateful. Thank you again Jefferson Dental. I wld recommend anyone who has ever struggled to find a good dentist to check them out.

5 /5 Jen Richardson: Very pleasant visit. Very friendly and nice people. Dentist is very knowledgeable, kind person, takes time to explain everything to you and answers all questions. I highly recommend this office.

1 /5 Macdonald Berger: Friend went in for a checkup after having denture for a month. He took them , refused to give them back and told her to leave. She went to a different dentist, they have to remove a root they left behind, and pay 3200 for new denture. This place should have there license revoked and shut down

1 /5 Carly Bauman: A very horrible dentist. I went in a Saturday and sat in a dentist chair for 4 hours! Ive never had to ever to sit in a dental chair that long! He pulled 6 teeth and did 2 root canals and did a bridge that he said that my insurance wasnt going to pay for but he do it for free. Im said ok then do it. He made 3 new teeth and they look utterly ridiculous and now 3.5 months later they are loose. I called them yesterday to tell them and the receptionist told me that I used all my insurance for the year that I would have to pay out of pocket. I said why is it my fault that my teeth are loose? She didnt have answer but wants me to pay 150.00 to look at my teeth after they got almost 3000 for screwing up my teeth Now i have to eat on my left side because the dentist screwed up my teeth so bad i dont want them to fall out Insurance fraud at its finest. Dont go there if you do you will be sorry! Also my insurance company has been trying to call them but thier so called manager isnt there when my insurance tries to call them.
