5 /5 Rob Connary: While on our maiden voyage in our 2021 Winnebago View, we were disappointed to find that our leveling system developed a problem and would not retract the jacks. After reading the available manuals and inspecting the system, it appeared we had no hydraulic fluid in the reservoir. Our dealer was many hours away and we were equally far from home and friends/family. We were staying at Watkins Glen State Park and the Park Ranger and the local Police Officer who were at the park office immediately recommended J.B.s. I called, it was evening and not an immediate emergency, left a message and immediately received a call back indicating that Jason was out but would call us back for details. Later that evening he called and even offered to come by the campsite when he got back into the area which would have been several hours later, we told him it could wait until he had a chance to get things organized the next morning, by noon the next day, not only did he show up but he had EVERYTHING we could possibly have needed to fix the problem. After refilling the reservoir, he tested all functions and recommended that we recalibrate everything. Weve had no issues since and couldnt have asked for a better outcome!
