5 /5 Ellard Justin: After rebuilding most of the front suspension in my Buick Rendezvous, I brought it in for an alignment. Despite a seized bolt and limited adjustability, they did a great job bringing it as close to spec as they could and compensating for the nonadjustable bit. Jesse even found a bolt I had forgotten to torque down and tightened it up for me. They had the work done very fast and were very affordable. When picking up the vehicle, they were very polite and friendly. Highly recommend. =)

5 /5 Aris Bo: I was on my way to work when my car broke and they were able to squeeze in my car in their bust schedule. That happened twice. I was able to get to work back the next day. Life a saver for someone who travels to work.

5 /5 cullen nauta: I dont think theres enough space on this review to type exactly how excellent of service j&r provides. They go above and beyond, and well fix your car in a timely manner and for a good price. Theyve been so good to me in fact despite being able to do small things for my vehicle on my own, I would rather give them my business. I have two vehicles and anytime anything goes wrong Ill bring it to j&r. Ive suspected a lot of other garages in my area of causing minor problems to get my business again because some garages have been known to do that but I have no doubt in the honesty and integrity that the mechanics at j&r have. I will absolutely be recommending this garage to anybody and everybody that I know in the Waverly Sayer and Athens area. I could not be happier with the service theyve given me and I look forward to the next time I bring my vehicles in.

5 /5 James Kopcsay: It was nice to meet Jesse, the personable owner of the shop, and for his double check of my Subie after hearing a noise following a wheel bearing replaced here. If you read these, (it looks like you do) it passed the bumpy driveway test with no noise. Thanks!

They were really helpful yesterday, 9Sept24. Found issues with my new vehicle that was "serviced" by a dealer. Wont go wrong stopping by if needing any auto work done locally.
