They are the most gracious, understanding, on-the-level garage I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Absolutely no BS or high mark-ups. 1 /5 Bill Mahoney: Dropped my sons car off as directed too the day after Xmas. I get no call on Thursday when appointment is scheduled. I call Im told at 3pm they havent gotten to it. Then friday comes, I gladly had to go exchange the alternator because it was the wrong size. I go exchange the part within 1 hour. I brought the right alternator back and Im told it may be Monday or Tuesday now. Even though my car was sitting in the bay with the alternator already out. I mind you I wanted alternator replaced and front pads replaced, all which i prepurchased parts myself. Today I get car back and it cost me $454.00 FOR JUST LABOR TO PUT IN FRONT PADS AND ALTENATOR. THIS SOUNDS VERY HIGH AND THE RECEIPT HAD ALTERNATOR TESTING ON IT. THERE IS NO NEED TO TEST NEW OR OLD ALTENATOR THATS WHAT I TOOK IT THERE FOR. I USUALLY GO TO KAPRALS, I GUESS YOU KNOW WHY. SPARE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF BEING RIPPED OFF IN LABOR DONT GET SHIT DONE HERE. CRAZY PRICE, MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE HAD MY SONS MOTHER TAKE IT INSTEAD OF ME. I WOULD SAY STICK TO YOUR APPT SCHEDULE AND TRY TO BE FAIR PRICED TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU JUST LOST ONE. I love your response (lies). You never explained the rate, you charged me for testing an alternator that was brand new. You cant justify paying 454.00 for labor of an alternator and rear brake pads. Also, you did not roll my car out of your shop. I left from corning to get part at 2 and was back by 3. I think you and I know exactly what this is about. When you seen my face your whole attitude changed. Then you told me it would be mon or Tuesday. When the alternator was already out of the car. Why did you charge for testing a brand new alternator.? You know you over charged. Your a crook and a liar. You got these old people thinking your treating them well, sure. Ive consulted with other shops your price was off by $150.00. You should at least be truthful. I think my ethnicity played a factor in my treatment. Even my sons mother ,who has work done by you in the past was shocked at the cost. Good job spinning your own narrative of lies.

5 /5 Katy R: I went to get an annual inspection- it only took 10 min and was $10! Great service, with a clean, friendly, and comfortable waiting room. You can watch your car be serviced from your seat. All around super convenient, and I will be back.

5 /5 FL Counseling: Traveled from MA to visit son in Corning; car was packed to head to PA when check engine light came on. (on a Friday a.m.!) Called J&Ts and was SO grateful they would take a look at it ASAP. I dropped it off immediately and heard back in under 2 hours. Problem was resolved. While I am still grateful for their attention and speed, I must say, that the customer service was excellent - If I lived locally, this would be my go to place for repairs!
