1 /5 dawn Gendron: Where do I begin. It was either October or November of 2024, I had my car towed there because it would not start. They had been my go to repair shop for over 15 yrs! After multiple phone calls asking about the status of my car and getting a different answer each time, 12 days later they finally said it was my battery and alternator. (That’s at the most a two day fix). I was annoyed is putting it lightly, the explanation was a lengthy one and they did apologize verbally and by giving me a whopping $80.00 discount from a $862.00 bill. (Gee thanks) The kicker was that I lost over $700 because I DoorDash to supplement my retirement income.
So today, January 29, 2025 I once again had an issue with my car, I needed a tow and a fix for my check engine light. I called at 8am and Tony said that he would have Mark call me back. I called back at 9:30am, Mark answered and I explained what was happening with the car, he said “I don’t think we handle that but I’ll check and call you back” it is now 4:15pm and no response. I sense that my previous experience with them has caused them to dismiss me! Being a loyal customer even though my last repair was extended an unreasonable amount of time, means nothing. So the moral of my story is “if you live in the past, just stay there. People were nicer then”
